You've done all the right things and achieved a lot, but it feels like something's missing…
YOU ARE,
You consider yourself a high-achiever, a leader, and a believer in excellence. You did well in high school and college. You led student organizations, held down multiple part-time jobs, and prepared yourself to trailblaze into the real world.
When you graduated, you got a great job at a great company in a big city. People were impressed. You remember how excited you were to post the news and the congratulations rolled in. Now you’re a few years into work, and things should be great…
You know yourself as a highly positive and friendly person. You're liked by everyone. In fact, you’ve always been liked by everyone. You have a natural sense of and joy and optimism that people find infectious.
You love people, and you go out of your way to make people feel good. Your smile lights up the room, and people come to you whenever they need help or support or a shoulder to lean on…
You're a long-term thinker. Stress and anxiety are part of the game as you start working towards who you want to be five, ten, twenty years from now. You journal frequently, you write visions of your future, you have a "life bucket list".
You understand that difficult experiences are the best experiences because you learn the most about yourself there. You get excited about new challenges and opportunities that you don't yet know how to handle. You sometimes feel a bit "masochistic" because of how excited you get by challenges. To you, short-term pain and discomfort is always worth the knowledge and awareness you gain from the experience.
You have an innate desire to develop yourself and grow on a personal level. You pride yourself on being self-aware and people relate to you as emotionally mature. You know your strengths and your MBTI. You’ve listened to the podcasts, watched the TED talks, read the self-help books. You love having deep conversations with friends and co-workers and are actively taking steps to learn more about yourself. You've seen a therapist, and have considered finding more mentors…
BUT
But it feels like something’s missing. You’re not enjoying the work that you’re doing. In fact, you actively dislike the work that you do. You get the Sunday Scaries and have to drag yourself out of bed on Monday morning to get to work on time.
The work you're doing feels boring and repetitive and unimpactful. You feel underutilized and unfulfilled, like you're not living up to your fullest potential. Coupled with an underlying sense of urgency, you feel like you're wasting time. You have ambitions to one day leave the corporate world and venture into something else more exciting, more fulfilling, more you. But you’re afraid of what people might think. Who are you to leave and start a business or join a start up or do something out of the ordinary? It’s too early, and you feel like you need to “to wait your turn”, and you're afraid it might not work…
But it's exhausting. You feel like people don’t know the real you, and that you can't be your full self in most of your relationships. You have a hard time setting boundaries and talking about how you feel because you don’t want to upset them. As a result, you feel like you’re performing a theatrical play for everyone.
You're a "Yes-Person." You're afraid to say no, so you feel constantly overwhelmed and stressed out with all of your responsibilities. You tend to put everyone else’s needs and desires before your own, which causes you a lot of anxiety, and have you feeling burned out.
You're a lone wolf. You feel like you need to do everything yourself. You don't want anyone else to affect your success. You need to have all the angles, you need to know how to do everything, and you don't want to ask for help. You should be able to do this all yourself.
If you're totally honest with yourself, you're a bit of a perfectionist. You want to say the right thing, do the right thing, be the right way. Sometimes you stop yourself from trying something because you haven't done it before and you're afraid you're not going to get it right.
Now
Now you feel like you're ready to step into the next level, into something more substantial, and directly challenging. You're ready to stop going it alone, and to partner with someone who can support your continued growth.
You don’t know exactly what it looks like, but you’ve got a gut feeling that you’re on the right path…
I know exactly how you’re feeling… because I was you.
As a recovering people-pleaser and perfectionist, I know your story. I used to think it was too scary to show the world the real me, so I worked on "building" another one instead - a person that never made a mistake, a model employee, a person that defined themselves as "Exceeded Expectations".
And I achieved my misguided aims. I graduated from Ohio University with an impressive resume and a business degree. I moved to San Francisco to pursue a job at a technology startup, and eventually found myself working at LinkedIn through an elite rotational program for high potential young professionals.
In some ways it felt like I was on track to have it all… but it always felt off.
I found myself unhappy more and more frequently. This didn’t feel like the work I was meant to be doing, but I was being told that this was what I had to do to move forward and move up. The work became absolute drudgery, and I found myself lamenting at the idea of doing this for another 5-10 years.
So I tried to distract and “fix” myself - through TV, through partying, through therapy and self-help. On a bigger scale I even tried to fix my situation by moving to a different city. But deep down, I knew there was something fundamental that was missing.
As I got more in tune with myself and the disempowering stories I'd been living in, I realized how much of my life I’d been living on other people’s terms, doing what looked good or what I thought “I had to do”, instead of what I deep down felt a calling to do:
“Live a life completely by my own design and support others in doing the same.”
So I took steps to change that. I left my full-time job to pursue entrepreneurship without ever having made a single dollar from anything entrepreneurial. I hired a Life Coach to support me in my transition, and wound up enrolling in the training program she’d gone through, Accomplishment Coaching. After graduating from the program, I became part of the Leadership Team to grow my own leadership and to train new coaches, all the while expanding, morphing, and transforming into a completely different version of myself.
Now I get to spend my days doing exactly what I want to do.
I get paid to be myself, and I produce twice the results with half the effort. And that’s exactly what I’m going to help you to do.
How we’ll work together
Coaching is powerful, dynamic relationship that will support you in getting clear on what you really, truly want in your life, and then removing the roadblocks on your way to achieving those things.
My core program is the Success Accelerator Program which is a proprietary, high-impact program that distills years of my personal experiences in coaching, hundreds of hours of Leadership and Coach Training, dozens of personal development seminars and retreats, and the more than $50k I’ve invested into my own growth and development. Here’s how it works:
Step One (Clarity): First, we get clarity - who you are, your innate zone of genius, and what you want to create in your life, down to the smallest detail. We will evoke your heart when you talk about the life you want, so that instead of choosing what’s predictable or likely, you get on the path to a life you actually care about and are excited by. You get to have it all.
Step Two (Structure): We work to create rock-solid structures and systems that will have you actually do the things you’re scared to do, and support you in taking exquisite care of your health and well-being. As we say in Coaching, well-being and integrity are foundational, meaning without structure, we’re just surviving. Structure enables you to thrive.
Step Three (Accountability): My main job as a Coach is reminding you first and foremost of how amazing you already are. Second, it’s to tell you the hard things that no one else will tell you and hold your feet to the fire so that you get what you want. Without accountability you’ll likely go back to doing what you’ve always done - choosing inaction and fear. If we do this right, you will get uncomfortable, you will get triggered, you will get taken out. But you’ll also get what you want.
Step Four (Results): Being in consistent, empowered action means you’ll start to see results immediately. These results will seem magical, unexpected, and improbable. Not only that, you’ll have a ton of fun creating more of what you want, and it won’t be arduous or overwhelming. You’ll actually feel like you have more space and time - feelings that will stay with you long after we finish coaching together.
Here’s what’s available to you on the other side of the Success Accelerator Program.
You will:
Create a career that's a reflection of you where you get paid to be yourself, and do exactly what you want to do.
Feel challenged, fulfilled, energized, and enthusiastic on a daily basis.
10x your impact on people you care about.
Stop people-pleasing, learn how to set boundaries, and say no powerfully.
Own your voice and your power. Speak up for yourself, be a demand for getting your needs met, and authentically communicate your feelings and emotions.
Take the limits off your growth. You will break out of how it's "supposed to go" and take off like a rocket.

Share with people when they’ve upset you, and tell them how you truly feel.
Become a badass leader and communicator.
Create bigger results, with less effort and more fun.
You will be kinder with yourself.
